Land use projects
Land use proposal: The proposal is for a guest house attached to the garage of an existing house on a flag lot off SW Florida accessed by SW 48th. Here is the link to the posted plans on the Portland Permitting and Development website. If anyone has an issue with this plan, please contact the Maplewood Neighborhood Association using this link before May 4th.
SW 45th and Vermont Creek Culvert Replacement Project. Design is currently underway and construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2027 and take 6 months to complete.
Alpenrose Dairy Property Development. An application filed with the city of Portland proposes to turn the 51-acre property into a 263-lot subdivision.
